Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to Business Analytics SOPs and SLAs.
- Develop key business analytics skills, including gathering requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau.
- Support project deliverables, track progress, and share insights with peers.
- Escalate data challenges that may impact customers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Science, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Business Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Analytical acumen and excellent documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau and Trifacta.
