Key Job Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst in ATS, your key responsibilities include:
- Understanding various operations across the Regional Operations Center (ROC).
- Designing and developing highly available dashboards and metrics using SQL, Excel, and QuickSight.
- Mapping stakeholder requirements with data sources and data warehouses.
- Delivering periodic metrics and dashboards to leadership teams with backup plans.
- Analyzing trends, identifying anomalies, and creating visualizations to support decision-making.
- Driving cross-functional, high-impact projects to improve operational performance.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including business, engineering, and partner teams, to achieve goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Proficiency in defining requirements and using data and metrics to derive business insights.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with AWS infrastructure.
