🔥 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales and increase wallet share in allocated bank branches.
- Achieve business targets on ANP, case count, active branch & sales staff KPIs.
- Collaborate with Branch Managers & Bank RMs to implement business plans.
- Motivate branch staff and ensure smooth application processing.
- Build relationships with bank sales & operations teams to drive sales.
- Conduct prospect meetings inside and outside the branch as needed.
- Work collectively with bank sales teams and participate in joint sales calls.
Relationship Management
- Act as a bridge between the internal team and channel partners to foster sales.
- Ensure seamless coordination with channel partners for business growth.
- Execute marketing activities as per partner requirements.
- Ensure timely issuance of policies and resolution of pending cases.
- Maintain customer engagement and retention through proactive service.
Compliance & Reporting
- Adhere to internal sales processes and compliance standards.
- Ensure adherence to Tata AIA Life Insurance policies and guidelines.
- Provide timely reports and updates to supervisors as required.
- Stay updated with training and policy changes.
