Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and business for gold loans from new customers.
- Handle branch walk-ins and assist in business generation.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals from existing customers.
- Conduct meetings with HNIs, corporates, and institutional clients to promote gold loan propositions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Female candidates only (Must be below 29 years of age).
- Must be a Regular Graduate (No correspondence/distance education, B.Tech graduates not eligible).
- Prior experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
